Vanessa Wong – Artist, Entrepreneur, & Innovator

Born in Miami, Florida, on August 2, 2001, 23-year-old Vanessa Wong is a bilingual singer-songwriter, fitness and beauty enthusiast, and entrepreneur redefining the modern creative and social world. Her passion for performing began at just four years old, leading her from joining her school's chorus, to committing to formal vocal training by 12 and captivating audiences at school concerts and local venues by 13.

At only 15 years old, Vanessa became certified in makeup and nails, reflecting her deep-rooted love for beauty and self-expression. Although her former beauty brand, Wong Cosmetics, is no longer active, she continues to inspire her audience with engaging beauty content across her social media platforms. She takes pride in supporting small businesses as well as partnering with brands for product promotion and visibility.

Vanessa's music career gained momentum with her appearance on La Voz Kids Season 4 at age 14, where she turned all three judges' chairs with her rendition of Sia's "Alive" and advanced to the battle rounds. She further showcased her talent on American Idol (age 17) (Season 2, ABC), earning a golden ticket and progressing through multiple rounds of Hollywood Week.
As the youngest female singer-songwriter signed to Warner/Chappell Publishing, Vanessa went on to write and record over 15 songs, with more than seven singles available on major streaming platforms. At just 21 years old, she went on to graduate with her Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing.

Her artistry is deeply influenced by her Cuban-American heritage, drawing inspiration from artists like Melody Gardot, Jamie Cullum, Michael Jackson, Emeli Sandé, Selena, and Ivy Queen.

In addition to her musical pursuits, Vanessa is a certified fitness coach specializing in private coaching, nutrition, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Following her most recent personal achievement of a 40-pound weight loss, she has become an advocate on social media for women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), sharing insights and support with a growing community.

In 2024, Vanessa founded Sidereal Media Group, LLC., a company dedicated to helping small businesses develop compelling brand identities and hosting exclusive networking events. Her commitment to the arts remains strong and steady as a co-founder of Motiv8 Dance Movement, her family's performing arts studio where she teaches weekly musical theatre classes and offers private vocal coaching to emerging performers.
